MY WORLD

Dance:
One of my hobbies is dancing. This year I do ballet and contemporary dance. Since I was little I always liked dancing, but because of my knee problems, I have not been able to dance until now. What I like the most, are acrobatics, and flexibility exercises. I do class 2 days a week one hour each day, but also every day of the week I do exercises of flexibility, abs, and stretching, to not lose the routine and flexibility. I also like rhythmic and artistic gymnastics, and I try to conbine with the dance
